White-label branding options
A white-label partner does not want their tenants to look like someone else's product. Ustawi supports per-tenant branding — logo, colour, and domain — so each institution on the platform presents as its own, while the operator governs them all from one place.
What you can customise per tenant
- Logo — each tenant carries its own institution logo rather than a shared one.
- Colour — the tenant's brand colour is applied so the interface reads as theirs.
- Domain — the tenant can be presented on its own domain rather than a generic one.
Branding is set per tenant, which means two lenders on the same platform can look completely distinct to their respective staff and borrowers. This is what makes Ustawi genuinely white-label for a platform operator or reseller, rather than a single shared-brand product.
How branding fits provisioning
Branding is part of standing a tenant up cleanly. As you provision a new tenant and enable its apps, you also give it its own identity — logo, colour, and domain — so that when the tenant goes live its staff and borrowers see the lender's brand from day one, not a placeholder.
Per-tenant branding sits on top of full per-tenant data isolation: each tenant looks like its own product and its data is never visible to another tenant. The look and the boundary are both enforced per tenant.
