How pricing works
Seats (users)
The number of staff logins is the main driver. Starter covers a small team; Growth scales up; Enterprise is unlimited.
Branches
The physical locations you operate. Starter is single-branch; Growth covers up to five; Enterprise removes the cap.
SMS usage
Borrower and staff notifications are metered above the bundled allotment, at a lower per-message rate on higher plans.
Modules — all included
Every module (VICOBA, compliance, collateral, CRM and the rest) is available on every plan. Turning modules on doesn't change your price.
No per-loan charge
You pay one monthly price per institution. Active loans are never metered — there is no per-loan fee.

Frequently asked questions
Is pricing per user, per loan, or per branch?
Per institution per month, set by seats and branches (see the plan cards above); usage above the bundled SMS allotment is metered separately. There is no per-loan pricing.
Do the modules I choose change my price?
No. Every module — VICOBA, compliance, collateral, CRM, insurance and the rest — is available on every plan. Your price is determined by your plan (seats and branches), plus SMS usage over your bundle. You enable the modules your institution needs at no extra module fee.
How is my plan decided?
By your scale: Starter covers up to 5 users and 1 branch, Growth up to 20 users and 5 branches, and Enterprise is unlimited. Use the configurator at the top of this page to see which plan fits your team and branches.
Is there a free trial or pilot?
Yes — every new tenant starts with a 14-day free trial on registration, with no card required. You choose a paid plan before the trial ends and pay by bank transfer or mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa).
Do you offer annual billing or a discount for paying yearly?
No — plans are billed monthly only; there is no annual tier.
What support/SLA is included per plan?
Every plan is covered by our 99.9% uptime target. Support response times are layered on top through support tiers (Standard, Priority, Dedicated) — see the Service Level Agreement and the Support plans page.
How does pricing work for a platform operator running multiple tenants?
Platform operators use the Multi-tenant Platform & Billing app to provision tenants and consolidate billing across their portfolio; portfolio pricing is arranged directly — contact sales for a quote.
