Your billing record — the plan you are on, the invoices raised, and the payments made against them — lives in the billing area of the platform. It is where you go to reconcile what you have been charged and to keep a clean record for your own bookkeeping.
Where billing lives
Billing sits alongside your plan details in the Multi-Tenant Platform & Billing area. From there you can see your current plan and its monthly price, and the history of invoices and the payments settled against them, so the state of your account is never a mystery.
What an invoice reflects
- The flat monthly price for your plan — Starter, Growth, or Enterprise.
- Any SMS usage above your bundled allotment, metered at your plan's per-message rate.
- The period the invoice covers, so it lines up with your own accounting month.
Because Ustawi has no per-loan pricing, an invoice is straightforward: the monthly plan price plus any SMS overage. Payments are settled by bank transfer or mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa), and each settled payment shows against the invoice it clears.
Because billing is monthly and flat, matching an Ustawi invoice to your ledger is quick — one plan charge per month, plus SMS overage if any. Keep the invoice history as your source of truth for what was charged and when.
