Reviewing agent performance

Reviewing agent performance brings the pipeline and commission views together per person: how many leads an agent captured, how many converted, and what commission that produced. It turns attribution into a management tool, not just a record.

What the per-agent view shows

  • Pipeline by stage — how the agent's leads are distributed from capture through to conversion.
  • Conversion — how many of their leads became disbursed loans, which is the real measure of productivity.
  • Commission summary — what the agent has earned, tied to those disbursements.
  • Performance against target — results read against the goals set on the agent's profile.

Reading the numbers well

A high capture count with low conversion tells a very different story from a lower capture count that converts strongly. Because conversion is measured against real disbursements, the performance view rewards agents who bring in borrowers who actually take loans, not agents who simply log the most names. The figures you see are the agent's real attributed results.

Comparing fairly

Territory and target on each agent's profile give context — an agent in a smaller territory measured against a lower target should be read against that target, not against a colleague's raw volume.
