Understanding your daily worklist

The worklist is the agent's daily list of borrowers and installments due. It is synced once from the server before the agent leaves, then held on-device and fully usable all day — no matter how the signal comes and goes. It is the entry point into every collection and every visit.

Sync once, work all day

The worklist downloads once from the server's bootstrap sync — the day's assigned borrowers and installments due — and is then held on the phone. This offline durability is the core promise of the feature: a worklist that only works online is useless the moment the network drops on a rural route, so the app is built to be synced once and relied on for the whole day.

What each entry shows

  • The borrower and the specific loan and installment that is due.
  • The amount expected for that installment.
  • The current status of the entry — due, collected, or visited — updated as you work.

Your progress updates before sync

As you collect, the worklist updates on-device even before it syncs — a just-collected borrower shows as collected immediately, so you always see an accurate day-in-progress view without waiting for the network. Queued actions reconcile with the server when signal returns.

“Routes” is a route anchor, not route optimisation

The worklist is the agent's daily route anchor — the borrowers due, in the order the server returns them. It is not an algorithmic route-optimisation engine; optimised routing is planned, and the app does not claim a routing algorithm it does not yet have.
