Scheduling recurring reports
Portfolio and regulatory reports are needed on a rhythm — monthly, quarterly, at every board meeting. Rather than someone remembering to build and send each one, Ustawi can generate a report and deliver it to the right stakeholders automatically on a recurring schedule, so the reporting cadence runs on its own.
From ad hoc to automatic
A recurring report is defined once — which report, on what schedule, delivered to whom — and then runs each period without being requested again. This removes the risk that a required report is late simply because the person who usually builds it was unavailable.
What you set up
- 1Choose the reportA portfolio or disaggregation report, or another regulated output the platform produces from the ledger.
- 2Set the scheduleThe cadence the report should run on — for example monthly or quarterly, aligned to your reporting calendar.
- 3Choose the recipientsThe stakeholders who should receive it each period, so the report reaches the risk, finance or board audience without a manual send.
Each scheduled run reflects the portfolio as it stands at generation. Because the figures are derived live from the ledger, a scheduled report and an ad-hoc one generated at the same moment show the same numbers — the schedule only automates the timing, never the arithmetic.
Reporting that reconciles
Whether a report is generated on demand or on a schedule, it draws from the same loan ledger and payment history the business runs on. A recurring board pack therefore always ties back to the live book, so a stakeholder can trust that the scheduled figures and the underlying accounts agree.
